We take great care in delivering high-quality perfumes, attars, and luxury fragrances. Since our products are personal and aromatic in nature, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You have received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or dislike of fragrance.
- Opened, used, or unsealed bottles.
- Slight variations in packaging, bottle design, or fragrance strength due to natural formulation differences.
2. Return Request Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@globalperfumesea.com with your order ID and photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for return or replacement.
- If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will cover only the product cost. Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
4. Replacements
- Replacements will be initiated only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
- If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund at your discretion.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes and attars
- Tester or sample vials
- Gift boxes and combo packs once opened
- Discounted or sale items
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products. Late claims may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
